Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting my art at Jacquie's Clay! As the sole artist behind each piece, I work hard to ensure that your pottery is carefully crafted and shipped as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 weeks of purchase, as each item is handmade with love and care. Please note that processing time may vary during busy periods.

Shipping Rates & Carriers: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, and customers are responsible for paying shipping fees. I use USPS and UPS for domestic orders.

Domestic Shipping: I currently ship within the United States, and I'm working on offering international shipping in the future. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can track your package.

Packaging: I take care to use eco-friendly packaging materials for all shipments, including recycled boxes and packing materials. The only exceptions are the packing tape and fragile stickers, which are not recyclable.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the package and broken item(s), keep the package and broken pieces, and contact me within 48 hours. I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Stolen Packages: If your item is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, it is unlikely that a claim will be fulfilled for missing goods. I am not responsible for stolen packages.

Delivery Delays: While I do my best to ship all orders promptly, please be aware that USPS and UPS may experience delays, especially during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
